Candice Barth
Candice Barth is a dancer, teacher and choreographer from Denver, CO. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a BFA in Dance and a minor in business. She began her professional career in 2011by touring China, performing with Artifact Dance Project in The Great American Dance Tour. She was a guest artist with Aspen Santa Fe Ballet’s The Nutcracker, and performed with Sam Watson at The Kiel Festival of Dance in Kiel, Germany. As a founding member of Wonderbound in Denver, CO, she performed collaborative works created by Garrett Ammon for four seasons.
Candice has been a dance instructor for over 11 years in the studio, private, and intensive settings, including the Vail Dance Intensive in Avon, CO. She is passionate about dance education and was invited to present her research on “Teaching Generation Z in the New Era of Dance Education” at the National Dance Education Organization 2018 Conference. Candice continues to nurture her passion of teaching, performing and choreographing at the University of Arizona and her choreography has been presented on the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre and Centennial Hall stages in Tucson, AZ.
David K Bagley
David K Bagley is an active and international acclaimed dance artist, choreographer, educator, and entrepreneur in commercial and concert dance realms. Throughout his career, he has performed with a panoply of reputable people and artists working alongside celebrities Sandra Bullock, Jerry Lewis, Taylor Kitsch, Michael B Jordan, Richard Dreyfus, Mitzi Gaynor, Cathy Rigby, Peter Berg, Pentatonix, Twenty One Pilots, business moguls David Dewhurst & George and Julia Argyros, and The Prince & Princess of Monaco. He has choreographed for and danced in productions by the likes of NBC, ABC, Disney, Audi, Industry Dance Awards, Holland America Cruise Line, and Dance Under the Stars choreography festival. Mr. Bagley has had the honor to tour the world performing with companies such as Backhausdance, Boogiezone's Entity Contemporary Dance Company, TOKYO'sthecompany, POV Dance Company, Ballet Magique, Bad Boys of Ballet, Stiletto Entertainment, and Rasta Thomas’ Bad Boys of Dance.

David has had the pleasure to have taught/choreographed for over 60+ acclaimed dance institutions throughout North America including EDGE Performing Arts Center (LA), Broadway Dance Center (NYC), Joffrey Ballet (NYC), Capezio's Peridance Studio (NYC), and Showbiz National Talent to name a few. Many of his pupils are working professionals in the entertainment industries of the world, hold world/national dance and modeling titles, have received part or full collegiate dance scholarships, and have been featured talent in popular shows like Cirque du Soleil, Dance Moms, Ellen, America’s Got Talent, Britain's Got Talent, So You Think You Can Dance & SYTYCD Jrs, immaBEAST Network, Nickelodeon, Disney, and numerous other viral dance videos. David currently co-owns and co-directs PUSH Dance Intensive with Derek Nemechek.
Kara Madden
Kara began her performing career with Grand Rapids Ballet Company in her home state of Michigan. While studying with the company, she danced in many professional productions and performed on tour in Italy and Croatia. After graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2010 from Aquinas College with a double degree in English and Biology, Kara began her professional dance career with Cleveland’s Verb Ballets Contemporary Dance Company. Kara danced for five seasons with Verb, where she performed many masterworks, including Martha Graham’s Appalachian Spring, Doris Humphrey’s The Shakers, Alwin Nikolais’s Noumenon Mobilus, Shapiro and Smith’s To Have and to Hold, Ian Horvath’s Laura’s Women, and the title role in Richard Dickinson’s Carmen. Kara taught at several well-known Cleveland dance studios, where she also choreographed group pieces and solos for national competitions and coached students of all ages and levels.
In 2015 Kara moved to Shanghai, China, where she danced with SLATE Contemporary Dance Company and performed in diverse venues throughout Shanghai and Suzhou. While in China, Kara taught workshops and master classes in contemporary dance and ballet technique. Kara returned to the U.S. in order to pursue her M.F.A. in dance at the University of Arizona, where she teaches undergraduate courses in modern, ballet, jazz and improvisation. While in the program Kara has continued to perform in masterworks such as Martha Graham’s Panorama and Darrell Grand-Moultrie’s Boiling Point and her choreography has been produced on stage at the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre. In 2018, Kara was selected to present her research on the effect of dance in popular culture on dance education at the National Dance Education Organization’s annual national conference. Kara continues to pursue her passion for dance as a vehicle for social justice and strives to unite people through the arts.
